BMR Suspension PHR1862H On-Car Adjustable Panhard Rod with Polyurethane Bushings

The BMR Suspension PHR1862H On-Car Adjustable Panhard Rod is a heavy-duty suspension upgrade designed to replace the weak factory panhard rod on 2021-2025 Ford Bronco models. Engineered for both street performance and serious off-road use, this panhard rod eliminates the excessive deflection and flex that occurs with the factory rubber-bushed component during hard driving conditions.

Key Features:

• Constructed from heavy-duty 1.5-inch drawn-over-mandrel (DOM) steel tubing for maximum strength and rigidity
• Greaseable 95-durometer polyurethane bushings provide superior durability and eliminate unwanted deflection
• On-car adjustable design allows for precise axle alignment without removing the panhard rod
• Maintains proper lateral location of the rear axle housing for improved handling and stability
• Durable black hammertone powder coat finish resists corrosion and wear
• Direct bolt-on replacement for factory panhard rod
• Made in the USA with American-made materials

The factory Bronco panhard rod uses soft rubber bushings that compress and deflect under load, causing the rear axle to move side-to-side during aggressive trail maneuvers or cornering. This BMR upgrade dramatically reduces deflection while allowing easy on-vehicle adjustment to keep your rear axle properly centered under the vehicle. The result is improved traction, more predictable handling, and better overall performance both on the highway and off-road.
