HPS Performance 827-769BL Short Ram Air Intake Kit with Heat Shield Blue

The HPS Performance 827-769BL is a bolt-on short ram air intake kit engineered to replace the stock restrictive airbox and deliver real, measurable performance gains. Featuring a 2-3/4" mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube, this 827 Series kit is fine-tuned to maximize airflow through the full top-end power band, resulting in dyno-proven gains of +9 whp horsepower and +9 lb-ft. of torque with improved throttle response and acceleration.

Key Features:

• 2-3/4" mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube replaces the restrictive OEM airbox, optimizing airflow with excellent heat dissipation and long-lasting durability
• Reusable high-flow cotton air filter filters particles as small as 5 microns while maximizing air volume — washable and reusable for the life of the vehicle
• Heavy-duty powder coated steel heat shield blocks radiant engine heat and integrates with the factory air scoop to direct fresh, cool air to the filter
• High-temperature 3-ply reinforced silicone coupler and 100% stainless steel T-bolt clamps ensure a secure, leak-free connection under extreme driving conditions
• Dyno-proven performance: +9 whp horsepower and +9 lb-ft. torque gains
• Easy bolt-on installation using basic hand tools — no cutting, welding, or re-tuning required
• Includes step-by-step digital installation instructions with clear photos
• Backed by a 2-year warranty
• Not legal for sale or use in California (not CARB exempt)

Everything needed for installation is included in the kit: the aluminum intake tube, powder coated heat shield, high-flow air filter, reinforced silicone coupler, stainless steel T-bolt clamps, and all mounting hardware. This is a true plug-and-play performance upgrade with no modifications required.
