Product Details

The TeraFlex 4920255 High Steer HD Tie Rod Kit is designed to upgrade Jeep TJ steering systems with TeraFlex high steer knuckle kits, featuring a 1-1/2 inch hexagonal 6061-T6 aluminum construction that offers higher specific strength than 1018 steel. This heavy-duty tie rod delivers a yield strength of 45,000 lbs while weighing one-third as much as comparable steel tie rods.

Key Features:

  • Aluminum construction deflects 3 times further than steel while returning to its original shape
  • Hexagonal shape makes tightening jam nuts simple using a 1-1/2 inch wrench to hold the tube
  • Stock taper design with one-ton joint ends can stand up to steering in the most demanding off-road conditions
  • Superior strength-to-weight ratio compared to stock tie rods
  • Includes stock taper tie rod ends for compatibility with factory knuckle geometry

This kit is engineered for serious off-road enthusiasts looking to enhance steering performance and durability on lifted Jeep TJ and LJ Wrangler applications. The lightweight aluminum construction reduces unsprung weight while the robust design withstands extreme trail conditions and high-angle steering inputs.

Lowest prices I found on the net and great customer service! Fast shipping too!

Ordered Borla headers 17216 that was lowest price on internet. Shipped fast at a fair price and arrived in good condition. Communication from Autoplicity was timley and accurate with tracking number. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Best prison the Internet and quick order fulfillment. Glad to have found Autoplicity!

using amazon pay is easy I was not able to track the UPS shipment until the day of delivery. Maybe the number did not scan correctly at the time of shipment. Customer service did show it was shipped on time, and it arrived quickly.

There.was a bit of miscommunication between sales and shipping departments, but my order was filled and shipped as stated. Very low price, in fact the lowest on the net, and I did alot of research. Other than the shipping issue, I'm very satisfied and will buy more parts from them soon. Thank you!!!

quick turn around great price
