Product Details

The GPD 1815960 is a direct-fit evaporative emission (EVAP) purge solenoid valve designed to restore proper fuel vapor management in your vehicle's emissions control system. This solenoid regulates the flow of fuel vapors from the charcoal canister to the intake manifold, ensuring they are burned during combustion rather than released into the atmosphere.

Key Features:

  • Direct OE replacement for a precise, hassle-free fit
  • Controls fuel vapor flow between the EVAP charcoal canister and intake manifold
  • Helps maintain proper air/fuel mixture for optimal engine performance
  • Restores emissions compliance and clears related diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)
  • Manufactured to meet or exceed original equipment specifications
  • Corrosion-resistant construction for long-term durability

A faulty purge solenoid can trigger the check engine light, cause rough idle, reduce fuel economy, and result in failed emissions tests. The GPD 1815960 purge solenoid is built to OE standards, making it a reliable replacement that restores your vehicle's EVAP system to proper working order.
