Product Details

The S&S Cycle 136" Big Bore Cylinder Kit represents the largest bolt-on cylinder upgrade available for 2017-up Harley-Davidson Milwaukee Eight engines without requiring crankcase machining. This complete kit transforms 107", 114", or 117" M8 engines to a massive 136 cubic inch displacement, delivering substantial power gains while retaining original engine serial numbers and stock engine height.

Key Features:

  • 4.320" bore diameter - the largest possible without crankcase modification
  • Black powder coat finish with highlighted cooling fins
  • Premium aluminum cylinders with cast-in iron liners
  • Forged pistons designed specifically for M8 platform
  • Multi-layer steel (MLS) head gaskets included
  • Complete gasket set included (head, base, and exhaust)
  • S&S cam cover badge included
  • Retains stock crankcases and engine serial numbers
  • Made in the U.S.A.

Important Note: Requires S&S 4.625" stroker flywheel assembly (sold separately, part #320-0605) to achieve 136" displacement. The powder coat finish matches factory appearance for a sleeper build aesthetic while delivering significant performance enhancement.

I Called and asked basic question but was told I can not be helped and was referred to sales, which was closed or out of office. I emailed sales and received zero response. Not what I expected.

You guys rock!

Great price. Slow shipping

Had what I needed in stock and shipped it out quickly. Would have been nice to have the option to ship on my account and get it sooner. Overall good experience and I will come back if I need similar items.
