Collision Replacement Parts SU1206106 Active Grille Shutter Intake Assembly

The Collision Replacement Parts SU1206106 is an aftermarket active grille shutter assembly designed as a direct replacement for the front grille air intake system. This motorized, electronically controlled component regulates airflow through the front of the vehicle to support engine cooling and improve aerodynamic efficiency.

The active grille shutter system works by opening and closing its vanes in response to engine temperature and driving conditions. By managing air intake, it helps reduce unnecessary drag, improve fuel economy, and optimize combustion efficiency — especially during cold starts.

Key Features:

• Direct-Fit Replacement: Engineered to match OEM part number 52811SJ000 and Partslink number SU1206106, with factory-matched actuator response, connector design, and mounting geometry
• Electronically Controlled: Motorized shutter assembly with a factory-style electrical connector for plug-and-play installation
• Premium Construction: Built from strong polypropylene and glass fiber for reliable performance and long-term durability in demanding under-hood conditions
• Fuel Efficiency Support: Adjusts air intake to optimize combustion efficiency and reduce fuel consumption, particularly during cold starts
• OEM Cross-Reference: Replaces OEM part numbers 52811SJ000, SU1206106, and 17631372

This active grille shutter assembly restores full function to the vehicle's front air intake control system, delivering factory-level fit and performance without the OEM price tag.
