Egis Mobile Electric 8820-1530 Dual XD Flex 2 Relay ACR with Manual Control Knobs

The Egis Mobile Electric Dual XD Flex 2 is an advanced dual-function relay and automatic charging relay (ACR) module designed for multi-battery electrical systems in marine, RV, and mobile applications. This versatile unit manages common dual battery load switching via outer relays and features a central automatic charging relay to share charge current between battery banks. The integrated manual control knobs provide intuitive override capabilities for complete system management.

Key Features:

• Rugged IP67/IP6K9K sealed construction with high-temperature electronics and stainless steel cable lug studs allows mounting in demanding environments
• Large mounting holes accept 1/4-20 or M6 attachment hardware for secure installation
• Intuitive manual control option simplifies operation and provides clear awareness of manual override state and locked on/off positions
• Simple programmability via dip switches allows significant flexibility for OEM and custom installer configurations
• Advanced bi-stable solenoid design delivers 35-75% reduction in mounting space and weight compared to conventional relay solutions
• Plug and play compatible with legacy ML Series bi-stable relays - pin-for-pin DTM/ATM connector compatibility
• Expandable with link and cross-link busbars to additional Dual, Triple, or Single XD Relays for 2 or 3 battery system configurations

Each relay location is configurable as either a simple relay or ACR function, providing maximum installation flexibility. The Flex 2 design with manual control knobs makes this module ideal for applications requiring both automatic battery management and manual override capability, including boats, motorhomes, overland vehicles, and emergency vehicles.
