Product Details

The Skyward Automotive Products SK604213 HVAC Heater Blend Door Actuator is a precision-engineered replacement component designed to restore proper climate control function in your vehicle's heating and air conditioning system. This auxiliary unit actuator controls the air distribution mode door, directing airflow to the correct vents to maintain optimal cabin comfort.

Key Features:

  • Cross-shaped shaft design for secure, precise connection to the blend door mechanism
  • Mode actuator specifically designed for auxiliary unit installation
  • Durable electric motor with precision plastic gears for reliable operation
  • Manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications for proper fit and function
  • Quality-tested to stringent industry standards ensuring long-term reliability
  • ISO 9001 certified manufacturing process
  • Backed by SKP's 12-month limited warranty

This actuator is designed to eliminate common HVAC problems such as clicking noises from behind the dashboard, inability to control temperature settings, and improper airflow distribution. The cross-shaped shaft configuration ensures compatibility with specific auxiliary HVAC systems found in select Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles. When your climate control system fails to respond to temperature adjustments or makes unusual sounds, this actuator provides a direct replacement solution to restore full functionality.
