GPD 1813602 Disc Brake Pad Wear Sensor

The GPD 1813602 is a direct-fit disc brake pad wear sensor designed to monitor brake pad lining thickness and alert the driver when pads have worn to the minimum safe limit. Also commonly referred to as a brake wear indicator or brake pad sensor, this component is an essential part of a properly functioning disc brake system.

When the brake pad wears down to the sensor's contact point, it triggers a warning light or audible alert on the dashboard, signaling that pad replacement is needed before rotor damage or brake system failure occurs.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit replacement — engineered for precise OEM-style fitment and easy installation
• Accurately monitors brake pad wear to help maintain optimal braking performance
• Triggers timely low-pad warning to prevent rotor damage and brake system failures
• Manufactured to meet or exceed original equipment specifications for fit, form, and function
• Durable construction designed to withstand the heat and vibration of the brake environment

The GPD 1813602 brake pad wear sensor is a reliable aftermarket replacement that restores proper brake monitoring function. Always replace the wear sensor whenever new brake pads are installed to ensure accurate readings and continued safety.
