GPD 1813537 Disc Brake Pad Wear Sensor

The GPD 1813537 is a direct-fit disc brake pad wear sensor designed to monitor brake pad thickness and alert the driver when pads have worn to a critical level. As part of Global Parts Distributors' brake safety line, this sensor integrates with the vehicle's onboard electronics to trigger a dashboard warning light before brake pads reach a dangerously thin level, helping prevent rotor damage and brake system failure.

Brake pad wear sensors are an essential safety component on vehicles equipped with electronic wear monitoring systems. When the pad wears down sufficiently, the sensor circuit is interrupted, activating the brake wear indicator light on the instrument cluster. The sensor is designed to be replaced alongside the brake pads during routine brake service.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit replacement — designed to match original equipment form, fit, and function
• Electronic wear detection triggers dashboard warning light when pads are near end of service life
• Engineered for reliable contact with the brake rotor surface during normal pad wear
• Manufacturer Part Number: 1813537
• Brand: GPD (Global Parts Distributors)

Install the GPD 1813537 wear sensor at every brake pad replacement to ensure your vehicle's brake monitoring system continues to function correctly and keep you informed of pad condition.
