GPD 1814141 Electronic Fuel Injection Throttle Body

The GPD 1814141 is a new electronic fuel injection throttle body engineered as a direct-fit replacement for select Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles. It restores proper airflow regulation to the engine's intake system, ensuring accurate air-fuel mixture control and consistent engine performance.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit replacement — designed to match OE fit, form, and function without modifications
• Electronically controlled — integrates with the vehicle's engine control unit (ECU) for precise throttle response based on driver input, engine load, and operating conditions
• New unit — not remanufactured; free from worn seals, sticking throttle plates, or carbon-related performance issues
• Optimized airflow — meticulously calibrated to deliver the correct air-fuel balance for peak combustion efficiency
• Important installation note: Bypass of heater connection is required; refer to applicable service bulletin. Available in heated style (with pipe) and non-heated style (without pipe)

Over time, throttle bodies can accumulate carbon deposits and debris that cause rough idling, hesitation, or poor acceleration. Replacing a degraded throttle body with the GPD 1814141 restores smooth throttle operation and helps maintain fuel efficiency and reduced emissions.
