GPD 1815013 Ignition Knock Sensor Replacement

The GPD 1815013 is a direct-fit replacement ignition knock sensor engineered to OE specifications for precise fit and reliable performance. GPD (Global Parts Distributors) is a well-established supplier of quality automotive components, delivering OE-equivalent parts at an accessible price point.

The knock sensor monitors the engine block for abnormal vibrations associated with pre-ignition and detonation (spark knock). When knock is detected, the signal is sent to the engine control module (ECM), which adjusts ignition timing to protect the engine from damage. A failed or faulty knock sensor can trigger a check engine light (DTC P0325–P0332 range), cause poor fuel economy, and lead to potential engine damage if left unaddressed.

Key Features:

• Engineered to OE specifications for accurate fit and function
• Detects engine knock and detonation for ignition timing protection
• Direct plug-and-play replacement — no modification required
• Manufactured from premium materials for long service life
• Backed by GPD's 1-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship

Replacing a worn or failed knock sensor restores proper ignition timing control, helps prevent engine damage from detonation, and clears related diagnostic trouble codes. Sold individually.
