GPD 1815867 Disc Brake Pad Wear Sensor

The GPD 1815867 is a disc brake pad wear sensor designed as a direct-fit replacement for vehicles equipped with electronic brake wear monitoring systems. This sensor continuously monitors brake pad thickness and triggers a dashboard warning light when the pads have worn down to the minimum safe service limit, alerting the driver that brake pad replacement is needed.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit replacement design for straightforward installation
• Monitors brake pad lining thickness in real time
• Triggers a dash warning indicator when pads reach minimum wear threshold
• Helps prevent brake system failures caused by overly worn pads
• Built to OE specifications for reliable fit and function
• Manufactured by Global Parts Distributors (GPD), a trusted aftermarket supplier

Replacing a faulty or worn brake pad wear sensor restores the vehicle's ability to alert the driver before brake pads wear completely through to the rotor, helping to prevent costly rotor damage and maintaining safe braking performance.
