GPD 9142830 Heavy Duty A/C Condenser

The GPD 9142830 is a heavy duty replacement A/C condenser engineered for demanding commercial and heavy duty vehicle applications. Manufactured by Global Parts Distributors (gpd), this condenser is designed to meet or exceed original equipment fit, form, and function, ensuring reliable air conditioning system performance.

How It Works:

The A/C condenser plays a critical role in the air conditioning cycle by dissipating heat absorbed by the refrigerant from the vehicle's cabin. As high-pressure refrigerant vapor flows through the condenser core, heat is released to the outside air, converting the refrigerant back into a liquid state before it continues through the system.

Key Features:

• Heavy Duty Construction – Built to withstand the rigors of commercial and heavy duty vehicle environments
• OE-Quality Fit – Designed to meet or exceed OE specifications for a direct, drop-in replacement
• Durability Tested – Every new design is durability tested prior to production release
• 1-Year Warranty – Backed by gpd's standard one-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship

Installation Note: gpd strongly recommends replacing the condenser whenever a new compressor is installed. On late-model vehicles, condensers cannot be cleaned or flushed — replacement is the only proper service procedure. Failure to replace a contaminated condenser is one of the most common causes of premature compressor failure.

gpd has been a trusted name in aftermarket HVAC components since 1974, offering one of the most comprehensive heavy duty and automotive A/C parts lines in the United States.
