gpd 1761683 A/C Compressor Cut-Off Switch Harness Connector

The gpd 1761683 is an A/C compressor cut-off switch harness connector designed to provide feedback to the engine management system. The ECM uses this signal to control the air conditioning system on modern vehicles, while on earlier vehicles the switch works to directly cut power to the compressor, helping prevent compressor damage and failure. This switch is compatible with aftermarket compressor 6511683.

Proper function of this switch helps protect the A/C compressor under conditions where shutoff is required, making it an important component in maintaining system reliability and longevity.
