gpd 1712624 HVAC Switch with Blade Terminal

The gpd 1712624 HVAC Switch is an electrical switch designed to provide feedback to the engine management system for proper A/C operation. On modern vehicles, the ECM uses this signal to control the air conditioning system. On earlier vehicles, the switch works to directly cut power to the compressor, helping prevent compressor failure under certain operating conditions.

Key Features:

• Designed to interface with the vehicle's engine control module (ECM) for A/C system management
• Blade-style male terminals for reliable electrical connection
• 2-terminal, single-connector design with rectangular female connector
• Direct-fit replacement for straightforward installation

This gpd replacement HVAC switch is built to restore proper A/C system communication and protect compressor longevity. It is a quality direct-fit replacement for the original switch.
