GPD 1812009 Throttle Position Sensor Plastic Throttle Body Mounted

The gpd 1812009 Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) monitors the angle of the throttle valve and relays that information to the engine control module and anti-lock braking system, allowing the vehicle's computer to optimize fuel delivery and ignition timing in real time. Mounted directly on the throttle body, this sensor plays a critical role in smooth acceleration, idle quality, and overall drivability. It is a direct replacement for the original throttle position sensor on compatible applications.

Key Features:

• Throttle body-mounted design for direct, accurate valve-position monitoring
• Plastic construction for lightweight durability
• Blade-style male terminals with a single female oblong connector for straightforward plug-in installation
• 3-terminal, 1-connector configuration matches original equipment wiring
• Mounting hardware and mounting bracket not included — reuse original hardware

This throttle position sensor fits select 1990–1995 Ford and Mazda models. No mounting hardware is included; retain and reuse the original fasteners during installation.
