Product Details

The Standard Motor Products EGV505 is a direct-fit OEM replacement Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve designed for Chrysler, Dodge, and Eagle vehicles equipped with the 3.5L engine. This complete replacement unit comes with a reinforced gasket included, making it a straightforward, all-in-one solution for restoring your vehicle's emissions system to proper working order.

The EGR valve plays a critical role in your engine's emissions control system by recirculating a portion of exhaust gases back into the combustion chamber. This process reduces combustion temperatures, lowers harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions, and helps maintain optimal fuel efficiency. A faulty or stuck EGR valve can trigger check engine lights, cause rough idling, reduce fuel economy, and lead to emissions test failures.

Key Features:

  • OEM replacement quality — designed and manufactured to meet or exceed original equipment specifications
  • Stainless steel valve components for long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance
  • Polyester-reinforced silicone diaphragm resists thermal aging at temperatures up to 200°C
  • Includes reinforced gasket for a complete, ready-to-install replacement
  • Direct-fit design simplifies installation with no modifications required
  • Sold individually

Standard Motor Products is a trusted name in the automotive aftermarket, engineering their emissions components to deliver reliable, long-term performance. The EGV505 is backed by Standard Motor Products' standard product warranty, giving you confidence in your repair.

very good prices. good service.I am a future customer.thanks.

I placed an order on Monday & received product on Saturday. I am very pleased with the turn around time & the price. They had the best price on the internet that I found and they were helpful to work with.

Timing gearset arrived in under 48 hrs! Gears look well made. Can't wait to get them on my car. Thanks for the great service!

quick delivery of the parts I need to fix my jeep

Order shipped without delay and Autoplicity had the best price. One of the problems was I did not get order confirmation email or could not get the order details in my account. Unfortunately, I registered after placing the order because the process was not that straight forward. They could not get my order details into the account. The tracking email was received little late. I wish they improve the system to add orders to the account and display the order progress.

Great Products, Very Cheap, Fast Shipping. Will be a returning Customer. A+++

Very good product, the green caliper paint is great.

Best price on Bilstein Shocks on the web. Ordered shocks on 4/25 and they shipped same day. FedEx has delivery date of 4/28. Received confirmation email after order was complete. Website had product inventory next to part number was very helpful. Other websites don't have this and this patprticular part is on back order for 30 + days. Will update once shipment received.

Product was shipped super fast. And product was in a well packaged box and everything was there. I would do business with them again in the future. Highly recommended and lowest prices!!!
