Hitachi CPS0252 OE-Replacement Crankshaft Position Sensor

The Hitachi CPS0252 Crankshaft Position Sensor is a precision-engineered OE-quality replacement designed to restore accurate engine management and reliable performance. As a critical component in modern computer-controlled engines, this sensor continuously monitors crankshaft position and rotational speed, transmitting that data directly to the vehicle's Engine Control Unit (ECU) to optimize ignition timing, fuel delivery, and overall engine efficiency.

Key Features:

• OE-Level Quality: Engineered to meet or exceed original equipment specifications for accurate voltage output and tight error tolerances
• Hall Effect Technology: High-quality materials ensure optimal transference of magnetic energy for precise, rapid crankshaft position detection
• Durable Construction: Built to withstand harsh under-hood environments including high heat and vibration for an extended service life
• Direct-Fit Replacement: Designed for exact fitment, eliminating guesswork during installation
• Tier 1 OE Supplier: Hitachi is a recognized Tier 1 original equipment supplier of crankshaft and camshaft position sensors to major automakers

A failing crankshaft position sensor can trigger diagnostic trouble codes such as P0335, P0336, or P0337, and may cause symptoms including hard starting, rough idle, misfires, or unexpected engine shutoff. The Hitachi CPS0252 provides a factory-correct solution to restore proper engine operation.
