Standard Motor Products SLS652 Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor

The Standard Motor Products SLS652 is a direct-fit Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor (also referred to as a pedal position sensor or APP sensor) designed to restore precise throttle input communication between the accelerator pedal and the engine control module (ECM).

The accelerator pedal position sensor monitors the angle and movement of the accelerator pedal and transmits that data to the vehicle's ECM, enabling accurate fuel delivery and throttle response. A faulty sensor can result in poor acceleration, rough idle, reduced engine power, or an illuminated check engine light.

Key Features:

• Direct OE replacement — engineered to match original equipment fit, form, and function
• Precision-manufactured for accurate pedal position signal output
• Helps restore proper throttle response and drivability
