The Heatshield Products 325005 Inferno Header Wrap is a premium-grade exhaust and header insulating wrap engineered for high-performance, racing, and forced-induction applications. Constructed from texturized amorphous silica filament yarn, this wrap delivers a true continuous operating temperature rating of 2,000°F and can handle intermittent spikes up to 3,000°F — far exceeding the 1,200°F limits of standard fiberglass or basalt-based exhaust wraps.

Each roll measures 2 inches wide by 15 feet long and is approximately 1/16 inch thick, making it ideal for wrapping headers, manifolds, downpipes, and turbo applications. Unlike competing wraps that become brittle and crack after repeated heat cycles, Inferno Wrap stays soft and flexible even after hundreds of cycles, and can be unwrapped and rewrapped from your headers when needed.
