Helix 324123 PIDG Ring Tongue Terminal 16-22 AWG 5/16 Inch Stud

The Helix 324123 is a PIDG (Pre-Insulated Diamond Grip) ring tongue terminal designed for reliable electrical connections in automotive, marine, and industrial applications. This terminal accommodates wire sizes from 16 to 22 AWG (0.3 to 1.65 mm²) and features a 5/16 inch (M8) stud hole for secure fastening to threaded posts and terminals.

Key Features:

• Wire range: 16-22 AWG (0.3-1.65 mm²)
• Stud size: 5/16 inch (M8)
• Overall length: 30.94 mm (1.218 inches)
• Overall width: 13.49 mm (0.531 inches)
• Red nylon insulation for easy wire gauge identification
• Tin-plated copper construction for excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance
• Rated for 300 VAC applications
• Temperature rating: 105°C maximum
• Funnel ramp entry for easier wire insertion
• Serrated barrel design ensures secure wire grip

This terminal features industry-standard red color coding to indicate its 16-22 AWG wire range, making installation faster and reducing the chance of errors. The PIDG insulation system provides superior strain relief and protection against environmental factors. Requires proper crimping with compatible 22-16 AWG PIDG tooling for optimal performance and reliability.
