Product Details

The Dorman 601-908 is a direct-fit replacement High Intensity Discharge (HID) Xenon Control Ballast designed to restore proper operation of your vehicle's HID lighting system. The ballast regulates and controls the high-voltage electrical current required to ignite and sustain the xenon arc lamp, ensuring stable, consistent light output.

Key Features:

  • Direct OE replacement — engineered to match original equipment form, fit, and function
  • Regulates the high-voltage discharge needed to power xenon HID bulbs
  • Helps restore full headlight brightness and proper beam pattern
  • Built to meet or exceed original equipment specifications
  • Designed for a hassle-free, plug-and-play installation with no modification required

Dorman's HID control ballast is manufactured to rigorous quality standards, making it a reliable alternative to costly OEM replacement parts. Restoring a faulty ballast eliminates common HID failure symptoms such as flickering, slow startup, or complete lamp failure.

First off, the shipping was very quick! The battery was packaged very well. So, far so good. Just installed it in my SUV last night. Perfect fit! Thanks THMotorsports!

Best prices on the market for tires!

Seamless.

Very easy to search, locate, and order.

These were long enough, unlike the first ones I ordered. Six foot doesn't do the job for even the smallest boats.

Needed it fast and they delivered on time at the best price I could find.
