Dunlop 45252452 AE2 American Elite 2 Motorcycle Tire

The Dunlop AE2 (American Elite 2) is a premium V-Twin cruiser and touring motorcycle tire engineered as a comprehensive upgrade over the widely popular American Elite line. Designed and tested for North American riders, the AE2 delivers a winning combination of extended tread life, all-weather capability, and confident handling.

Key Features:

• Multi-Tread™ Technology: A long-wearing compound at the center of the rear tread is flanked by lateral-grip compounds, delivering outstanding mileage without sacrificing handling or traction
• Cut-Breaker Construction: Provides a robust casing engineered to handle the significant weights and torques of both current and non-current V-Twin cruiser and touring motorcycles
• Updated Compound Formula: Both front and rear compounds have been reformulated for enhanced wear resistance and improved wet-weather performance
• Optimized Tread Pattern: A redesigned tread pattern promotes better wear distribution, reduced heat generation, and increased overall mileage
• Front Single Radius Profile: Promotes light, precise steering response and increased straight-line stability
• Rear Dual Radius Profile: Creates a larger contact footprint for improved traction and longer tread life
• Aramid Belting: Delivers high load stability for confident performance under heavy touring loads

The Dunlop AE2 succeeds the iconic American Elite series with a more aggressive aesthetic, a refined tread compound, and Multi-Tread technology — making it the premier aftermarket replacement tire choice for V-Twin riders who demand maximum mileage without compromising on wet-weather grip or cornering performance.
