Product Details

The Mile Marker 490SK Service Hub Repair Kit is a maintenance and rebuild kit designed to restore and extend the life of Mile Marker 490-series manual locking hubs. Rather than replacing the entire hub assembly, this kit supplies the essential internal wear components needed to return your hubs to proper working condition.

Key Features:

  • Designed specifically for Mile Marker 490-series manual locking hubs
  • Includes internal seals, O-rings, gaskets, and other common wear components
  • Restores smooth, reliable hub engagement and disengagement
  • Helps prevent dirt, water, and debris intrusion that degrades hub performance
  • OEM-quality replacement parts for long-lasting durability under off-road conditions
  • Backed by Mile Marker's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship

Mile Marker is an ISO-certified manufacturer and approved supplier to the US Military, with decades of experience producing locking hubs, conversion kits, and winches for the automotive aftermarket and OEM sectors. Regular servicing with the 490SK keeps your 4WD system trail-ready and prevents costly hub assembly replacements down the road.
