Product Details

The KYB SM5525 Spring Seat Insulator is a direct OE-quality replacement designed to restore proper suspension performance and eliminate unwanted noise and vibration. Over time, original spring seat insulators harden and degrade, allowing metal-to-metal contact that transfers road harshness into the cabin. This KYB replacement restores the critical buffer between the coil spring and strut assembly.

Key Features:

  • Eliminates vibration and noise caused by worn or hardened OE insulators
  • Engineered to OE specifications for a precise, application-specific fit
  • Restores optimal suspension geometry and spring seating position
  • Premium rubber compound resists cracking, hardening, and compression set
  • Direct replacement — no modification required for installation
  • Manufactured by KYB, a globally recognized leader in suspension components

KYB spring seat insulators are part of the brand's comprehensive suspension restoration line, designed to work seamlessly alongside KYB struts, shocks, and mounts. Replacing worn insulators as part of a complete strut service helps ensure smooth, quiet ride quality and consistent handling performance.

Fantastic place to buy from. They had the best price for K&N oil filters for my motorbikes which was good enough. Then I ordered on a Saturday via normal shipping...got it Tuesday morning! Definitely going to order more in the future.
