Airmar P79-9N In-Hull Adjustable Transducer for 9-Pin Simrad/Lowrance

The Airmar P79-9N is an in-hull adjustable transducer designed specifically for 9-pin Simrad and Lowrance fishfinder units. This internal mounting transducer allows for clean installation inside the hull, eliminating the need for through-hull drilling while protecting the transducer from underwater damage and marine growth.

Key Features:

• In-hull installation design eliminates through-hull penetration
• Adjustable angle for optimal sonar performance and beam alignment
• 9-pin connector compatible with Simrad and Lowrance electronics
• Narrow beam 200 kHz frequency for detailed bottom definition
• Ideal for fiberglass hulls without coring material
• Bronze housing provides excellent acoustic coupling
• Includes 45 feet of cable for flexible installation options

The P79 adjustable in-hull transducer is perfect for trailerable boats and vessels where external transducer mounting is undesirable. The adjustable feature allows precise beam alignment to account for hull deadrise angles, ensuring optimal sonar performance. Best suited for solid fiberglass hulls, this transducer uses acoustic coupling through the hull material to transmit and receive sonar signals effectively.
