Caliso BA02364 16 Gauge Blue Primary Wire 100 Ft 80C GPT

The Caliso BA02364 is a 16 AWG blue general-purpose primary wire (GPT) supplied on a 100-foot spool, rated for continuous use up to 80°C. Designed for automotive, marine, RV, and powersports wiring applications, this wire delivers reliable low-voltage electrical performance in demanding environments.

Key Features:

• Gauge: 16 AWG (American Wire Gauge)
• Length: 100 feet per spool
• Color: Blue — ideal for color-coded wiring harness circuits
• Temperature Rating: 80°C (176°F)
• Stranding: 19/29 stranded annealed copper conductor for flexibility and conductivity
• Insulation: Durable PVC (polyvinyl chloride) jacket resists abrasion, moisture, and common automotive fluids
• Voltage Rating: Suitable for 12V and low-voltage DC applications up to 60 volts
• Standards: GPT (General Purpose Thermoplastic) construction meets OEM replacement requirements

The blue color coding makes it easy to identify circuits during installation and service. The stranded copper core provides excellent flexibility for routing through tight spaces, while the PVC insulation offers lasting protection against wear, oil, and environmental exposure. Commonly used for accessory wiring, trailer wiring, marine electrical systems, and automotive repair.
