Speedmaster PCE376.1156 8000 Series Pro Billet Distributor Red Ford Flathead 225 239

The Speedmaster PCE376.1156 is an 8000 Series Pro billet distributor in red for the Ford flathead 225 and 239 engines, 1949-53. The 8000 Series is built for enthusiasts who want performance but need a small cap size because of tight space when the distributor is installed.

Key Features:

• Billet construction: Precision CNC machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum to exacting tolerances. The housing is produced on CNC mills and lathes and is accurate to within 0.001 inch.
• Spark plug type terminals: Provide secure wire attachment.
• Magnetic pickup: Located under the brass terminals of the cap and rotor, it is extremely accurate and never requires adjustment.
• Mechanical advance: Easy-to-adjust mechanical advance mechanism.
• Heavy duty shaft: A 1/2 inch steel shaft is guided by a long sintered bushing and a sealed ball bearing at the top to precisely locate the reluctor, for stable timing and spark delivery at any RPM.
• Shaft coating: The PCE distributor line uses a polished steel shaft with a QPQ (Tuftride) coating, which reduces friction and resists corrosion.

A compact, precision-machined billet distributor for flathead Ford builds where cap size and consistent spark delivery matter.
