RADIUM Engineering 20-0574 Fuel Pressure Regulator Bypass Mid 2003-2013 Corvette C5 C6

The RADIUM Engineering Fuel Pressure Regulator Bypass is an essential component for mid-2003 through 2013 Chevrolet Corvette owners who have installed an adjustable or vacuum-referenced fuel pressure regulator in their fuel system. This precision-engineered bypass replaces the secondary fuel pressure regulator found in the right-hand saddlebag fuel tank, allowing proper operation of the venturi jet pump while enabling custom fuel pressure settings.

Key Features:

• Required when fuel pressure drops below the factory 58 psi (4 bar) specification
• Replaces the secondary FPR in the RH saddlebag fuel tank
• Maintains adequate fuel flow to the venturi jet pump for proper operation
• Allows any fuel pressure to be dialed in for engine tuning while preserving fuel system integrity
• Direct replacement design with no modifications required

Compatibility:

• C5 Chevrolet Corvette: Mid-2003 to 2004 (VIN #114930 and later, manufactured after November 25, 2002)
• C6 Chevrolet Corvette: 2005 to 2013

This bypass is necessary anytime an adjustable fuel pressure regulator is installed in the system. Note: This component is not required if the original OEM primary FPR is still installed and maintaining the factory 58 psi fuel pressure.
