Product Details

The Brian Crower BC5759 is a forged-quality billet crankshaft (crank) for high-horsepower, high-boost and high-RPM engine builds. It is CNC machined from aerospace-grade EN40B billet steel to the stock 92.8mm stroke. Brian Crower rates it for more than 3000 whp.

  • EN40B billet steel construction, CNC machined on 5-axis machines to tight tolerances
  • Large-radius journals add rigidity for demanding applications
  • Gun-drilled, CNC-ground oil holes are cross drilled and tear dropped. They provide priority main feeding to the rods and extra oiling
  • Micro-polished to a mirror finish for better bearing lubricity
  • Stress relieved, shot peened, magna flux inspected and nitrided (multi-step heat treatment)
  • Fully profiled counterweights reduce windage and oil resistance for better RPM potential
  • System balanced with heavy metal

Installation note: This crankshaft requires internal balancing and the ATI Super Damper #918659. Do not reuse the OEM external damper.
