Product Details

The Holstein 2BMR0029K Blower Motor Resistor Kit is a direct replacement component designed to restore variable speed control to your vehicle's heating and air conditioning system. This complete kit includes both the blower motor resistor and wiring harness for comprehensive replacement.

Key Features:

  • Complete kit with resistor and harness pigtail for simplified installation
  • Controls blower motor speed by regulating electrical resistance to adjust fan speed
  • Manufactured from high-quality materials to resist overheating and corrosion
  • Direct OE replacement ensuring proper form, fit, and function
  • OE-matched connectors and terminals for plug-and-play installation
  • Protected in anti-static packaging to safeguard electronic components
  • Backed by Holstein's 3-year/36,000-mile limited warranty

The blower motor resistor is a critical electrical component in your vehicle's HVAC system. When you adjust the fan speed control on your dashboard, the resistor changes the amount of electrical current flowing to the blower motor, which controls the speed and volume of air coming through your vents. Signs of a failing resistor include weak or erratic airflow, the fan only working at certain speeds, or complete loss of airflow.
