DBA DB2388XP Xtreme Performance Brake Pads

The DBA DB2388XP Xtreme Performance brake pads are engineered for drivers who demand superior stopping power under extreme conditions. Designed for heavy-duty applications, these high-performance brake pads deliver exceptional initial bite and consistent friction characteristics across a wide temperature range, from cold starts to high-heat braking scenarios.

Key Features:

• Semi-metallic carbon fiber friction material for race pad-like performance
• G-G Class friction rating with 0.45 mu average coefficient from low to high temperatures
• Optimal braking consistency maintained up to 550°C (1022°F)
• Fast bedding process due to scorched finish treatment
• Excellent high-temperature performance and fade resistance
• Application-specific NVH shims, slots, and chamfers for reduced noise and vibration

Recommended Applications:

• Street performance and police pursuit vehicles
• Club track days and spirited driving
• Heavy towing and upgraded 4WD applications
• Vehicles requiring higher friction levels for extreme braking demands

DBA recommends pairing these Xtreme Performance brake pads with T3 slotted rotors in the 4000 and 5000 Series for optimal stopping performance. Each kit includes pads for one axle and is designed as a direct-fit replacement requiring no modifications to the original brake configuration.
