BD Diesel 1061531 Transmission Cooler Bypass Delete Kit - for 2019-2023 Silverado/Sierra 1500 8L90

The BD Diesel Transmission Cooler Bypass Delete Kit eliminates a common failure point in GM 8L90 transmissions. Debris in the stock cooler bypass valve can cause the internal valve to jam in recirculation mode, preventing transmission fluid from flowing through the cooler. This leads to elevated transmission temperatures and can result in overheating and premature transmission failure.

Key Features:

• Eliminates the factory bypass valve to prevent jamming failures
• Ensures 100% fluid flow through the transmission cooler at all times
• Keeps transmission temperatures as low as possible during operation
• Includes all new seals required for installation
• Includes magnetic service plug for capturing metallic debris
