ACDelco 23497753 GM Front Bumper Shutter Assembly

The ACDelco 23497753 is a genuine GM OEM front bumper shutter assembly designed to regulate airflow through the vehicle's grille opening. This active grille shutter system automatically opens and closes to optimize engine cooling and aerodynamic efficiency based on driving conditions and engine temperature requirements.

Key Features:

• Genuine GM OEM part ensuring exact fit and function
• Active grille shutter technology improves fuel economy by reducing aerodynamic drag
• Helps engine reach optimal operating temperature more quickly in cold conditions
• Durable construction designed to withstand exposure to road debris and weather elements
• Direct replacement for worn or damaged grille shutter assemblies

This front bumper shutter assembly is a critical component of modern GM vehicle thermal management systems, helping to balance engine cooling needs with aerodynamic performance. When the shutters are closed during highway driving or cold starts, they reduce wind resistance and improve fuel efficiency. The shutters automatically open when additional cooling is needed during heavy loads or high-temperature operation.
