FASS TSPF18250F220G Titanium Signature Series PLUS Diesel Fuel Lift Pump - 220GPH

The FASS TSPF18250F220G Titanium Signature Series Plus fuel system is engineered for 2017-2022 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke diesel trucks, delivering 220 gallons per hour at 65 PSI to support 600-900 horsepower applications. The Titanium Signature Series Plus is the next evolution of the popular Titanium Signature Series, equipped with ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, 6061 aluminum black anodized fittings, and black fuel line for an ultra-clean installation.

Advanced Filtration and Fuel Quality:

• 2 micron absolute filtration rating that removes harmful contaminants
• Patented air/vapor removal process that protects injection systems and extends diesel injector life
• Mass Flow Return (MFR) technology continually polishes fuel by maintaining positive pressure and returning unused fuel through the filtration process, removing dirt, air, vapor and water
• Removes over 99% of water from fuel with built-in water separation filter

FASS Whisper Technology:

• Engineered over two and a half years to drastically reduce sound levels to a whisper while increasing fuel flow rates
• Uses radius cuts, tighter tolerances on all gears and military-spec coating over aluminum base to create the quietest fuel air separation system on the market
• Less than 2% failure rating with unique design features exclusive to FASS

Performance Radius Cuts (PRC):

• Advanced machining technique that creates smooth flowing cuts within the aluminum housing to prevent reintroduction of air and vapor
• Prevents stagnant fuel pockets from forming within corners of 90-degree bends

Easy Installation:

• Bolt-on brackets utilize factory bed bolts for installation in just minutes, with all brackets machined from steel for superior support and strength
• 30,000 mile filter life expectancy
• Includes all necessary mounting hardware and installation components
• Optional electric heater and fuel pressure gauge port available
