Firstco CP7330 Thermostatic Expansion Valve Kit for R410A 3.0-3.5 Ton Systems

The Firstco CP7330 is a non-bleed type thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) kit designed for residential and commercial HVAC applications. This precision metering device is engineered for use with R410A refrigerant in split-system air conditioning and heat pump installations ranging from 3.0 to 3.5 tons (36,000-42,000 BTU) capacity.

Key Features:

• Non-bleed design approved for cooling only or heat pump operation
• Compatible with R410A refrigerant systems
• Precise superheat control for optimal system efficiency
• Field or factory installable on compatible Firstco air handlers
• Includes sensing bulb, external equalizer connection, and mounting hardware
• Ensures proper refrigerant flow to the evaporator coil

Thermostatic expansion valves are critical components that regulate refrigerant flow into the evaporator coil while maintaining proper superheat levels. This helps maximize cooling efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and ensure reliable system performance. The CP7330 is specifically designed to match with Firstco's air handler lineup including HX, UC, HBX, and HCXW series units when paired with appropriate outdoor condensing units.

Note: Proper TXV selection depends on the outdoor unit specifications. Consult factory specifications or visit firstco.com to verify compatibility with your specific system configuration.
