Product Details

The Dorman 540-897 is a direct replacement front upper coil spring insulator designed to restore the proper cushioning and noise isolation between the coil spring and chassis mount. This insulator helps eliminate rattles and harsh ride quality caused by worn or deteriorated original equipment.

Key Features:

  • Direct replacement for worn factory coil spring insulator
  • Engineered to match the fit and function of the original insulator on select Dodge and Ram vehicles
  • Constructed from durable rubber material to absorb vibration and road shock
  • Helps restore proper spring positioning and ride comfort
  • Easy installation with factory mounting points

Dorman OE FIX products are engineered to provide reliable repair solutions for common vehicle problems. This coil spring insulator is designed for the front upper position and helps prevent metal-to-metal contact that can cause unwanted noise and accelerated wear.
