ACDelco 85525281 Brake Rotor Protective Film

The ACDelco 85525281 Brake Rotor Protective Film is a specialized protective coating designed to preserve brake rotor surfaces during storage and transportation. This thin, transparent film adheres to the rotor surface to prevent corrosion, rust, and oxidation that can occur when brake rotors are exposed to moisture and environmental contaminants.

Key Features:

• Protects brake rotor surfaces from corrosion and rust during storage
• Easy to apply and remove without leaving residue
• Transparent film won't obscure inspection of rotor surface
• Designed for use with ACDelco brake rotors
• Helps maintain rotor integrity until installation

This protective film is particularly useful for replacement rotors that may be stored for extended periods before installation. The film preserves the machined rotor surface, ensuring optimal braking performance when the rotor is put into service. Simply peel away the protective film before installing the brake rotor on the vehicle.
