Skyward Automotive Products SK604253 HVAC Blend Door Actuator

The Skyward Automotive Products SK604253 HVAC Blend Door Actuator is a direct replacement component designed to restore proper climate control operation in your vehicle's heating and air conditioning system. This actuator controls the movement of blend doors within the HVAC system, regulating the mix of hot and cold air to maintain your desired cabin temperature.

Key Features:

• Direct replacement for OEM part numbers 8G1Z19E616B and 8G1Z19E616C
• Durable plastic construction engineered to resist wear and electrical burnout
• Rotary switch activation type for precise door positioning
• Position-specific design for blend door control function
• Restores proper temperature control and eliminates common clicking noises from dashboard

This blend door actuator is engineered to match OE specifications for reliable performance and long service life. When a blend door actuator fails, common symptoms include inconsistent cabin temperature, inability to adjust temperature settings, unusual clicking or tapping sounds from behind the dashboard, and air that blows only hot or only cold regardless of control settings. The SK604253 provides a cost-effective solution to restore your vehicle's HVAC system to proper working condition.

Important Note: Many vehicles use multiple HVAC door actuators in different positions throughout the system. Verify that this actuator matches the specific location and function of the component you need to replace before ordering.
