Hydrolevel 1100H2 Safgard 24V Low Water Cutoff with UTC Wiring Harness

The Hydrolevel 1100H2 Safgard is a compact electronic low water cutoff (LWCO) designed specifically for residential hot water boilers operating on 24-volt systems. This model includes a specialized wiring harness for UTC boiler control module compatibility, making it ideal for direct replacement applications in legacy systems.

Key Features:

• 24-volt electronic low water cutoff with automatic reset functionality
• Non-moving electronic probe sensor for reliable, long-lasting operation
• Includes UTC module wiring harness for seamless integration
• Compact design with integrated test button for easy verification
• Microchip technology for precise water level monitoring
• Automatically shuts down burner when water drops below safe levels
• Auto-restart capability when water level returns to normal

The Safgard 1100 Series utilizes a heavy-duty stainless steel probe that senses water levels electronically, completing a circuit between the probe tip and the boiler surface. When water levels drop below the probe, the circuit opens and the control immediately interrupts power to the burner, preventing dangerous dry-fire conditions. The automatic reset feature restores burner operation once proper water levels are detected.
