EBC SG2FC2166 Front Floating 2-Piece Brake Rotor 350mm

The EBC SG2FC2166 is a high-performance 2-piece floating brake rotor designed for demanding applications requiring superior heat management and consistent braking performance. This front brake rotor features EBC's SD-Series design with swept grooves that effectively evacuate hot gases, dust, and water from the braking surface for improved pad bite and reduced fade.

Key Features:

• 2-piece floating design reduces heat transfer to the wheel hub and allows for thermal expansion
• 350mm disc diameter provides increased braking surface area for improved stopping power
• 32mm thickness offers excellent thermal mass for heat dissipation
• Swept groove pattern enhances pad degassing and debris removal
• Machined from high-quality cast iron for durability and performance
• Front axle application

The floating rotor design uses a separate aluminum or steel hat that allows the disc to expand and contract independently during heat cycles, reducing warping and extending rotor life. The swept grooves are precisely machined to channel gases and particles away from the pad contact area, maintaining optimal friction characteristics even under extreme braking conditions.
