Petlas 20661 Elegant PT311 165/70R14 85R Summer Touring Tire

The Petlas Elegant PT311 is a touring summer tire engineered for passenger vehicles seeking reliable performance and comfort in warm weather conditions. Designed with a heat-resistant compound and ribbed tread pattern, this tire delivers dependable traction on both dry and wet road surfaces throughout the summer season.

Key Features:

• Ribbed tread design provides enhanced grip and handling stability while following the road surface closely for improved control
• Heat-resistant compound prevents heat buildup across the tread area for consistent performance during extended driving
• Wide circumferential grooves channel water away from the contact patch to reduce hydroplaning risk on wet roads
• Stiff shoulder blocks deliver improved cornering performance at higher speeds while resisting irregular wear for extended tread life
• Computer-optimized tread pattern minimizes road noise and vibrations for a quieter, more comfortable ride
• Symmetrical tread design allows for flexible tire rotation patterns to promote even wear
• Sipes and notches create additional biting edges for enhanced traction in varying conditions

Manufactured by Petlas, a Turkish tire company founded in 1976 and part of the AKO Group, the Elegant PT311 combines decades of engineering expertise with modern manufacturing to deliver quality performance at an accessible price point. This tire features a load index of 85 and speed rating of R, supporting maximum speeds up to 106 mph. The 9/32" tread depth provides solid wear life for everyday driving needs.

Important: As a summer tire, the Elegant PT311 is not designed for use in temperatures consistently below 45°F, as the compound will harden and reduce traction. Switch to winter or all-season tires when cold weather arrives.
