Fox Racing Shocks 981-20-015 Factory Race 2.0 x 6.3 Smooth Body Remote Shock Class 9/11 Front

The Fox Racing Shocks 981-20-015 is a Factory Race Series 2.0 x 6.3 Smooth Body Remote Reservoir Shock engineered specifically for Class 9 and Class 11 off-road race vehicles. Designed for front suspension applications, this shock delivers race-proven damping performance in demanding desert and off-road racing environments.

Built around Fox's 2.0-inch smooth body shock design, this unit features an 11.0-inch remote reservoir that dramatically increases oil capacity and heat dissipation — keeping damping forces consistent lap after lap, even in extreme conditions. The smooth body construction allows for clean, precise shock travel while reducing unsprung weight compared to traditional body styles.

Key Features:

• 2.0-inch diameter smooth body shock shaft and body for high-performance damping
• 6.3-inch stroke tuned for Class 9/11 front suspension geometry
• 11.0-inch remote reservoir for expanded oil volume and superior heat management
• Application-specific valving calibrated for Class 9 and Class 11 race vehicles
• Nitrogen-charged monotube design for fade-free, consistent performance
• Fox Racing's precision-machined internals for long-lasting durability under race conditions
• Smooth body design allows for cleaner packaging and easy coilover conversion compatibility

The Fox Factory Race Series represents Fox's commitment to motorsport excellence, providing the same technology trusted by professional off-road racers at events like the Baja 1000 and SCORE International series. This shock is application-specific for Class 11 vehicles and is intended for competitive off-road racing use.
