The Sierra 18-70945 is a precision-molded cooling system hose designed specifically for MerCruiser stern drive applications. This hose connects from the thermostat housing to the port manifold on engines with 2-piece exhaust manifolds. It is designed for use with MerCruiser 4.3L (Gen+) engines from 1998-2007, 4.3L EFI (Gen+) from 1998-2001, and 4.3LH (Gen+) from 1998-2002.
