The FiTech 71015 Ultimate LS7 500HP Square Port EFI System is a complete self-tuning multi-port fuel injection solution designed specifically for LS7 engines. This comprehensive master kit includes everything needed to complete your induction system, from the intake manifold to the fuel delivery components, making it ideal for both DIY enthusiasts and professional tuners.

Complete System Includes:

  • Black anodized aluminum intake manifold with square port configuration optimized for LS7 engines (1,500 to 6,500 rpm powerband)
  • 92mm billet aluminum throttle body with cable operation (1,000 cfm airflow capacity)
  • High-volume billet aluminum fuel rails with 36 lb/hr injectors
  • Self-learning ECU with color touchscreen handheld controller and data logging
  • Sequential spark and fuel control with plug-and-play wiring harness
  • 255 LPH inline external fuel pump suitable for engines up to 600HP
  • 40 feet of EFI-grade fuel hose for inlet and return lines
  • Billet fuel filters (100-micron pre-filter and 30-micron post-filter)
  • Push-lock style hose ends and AN fittings
  • Stainless steel oxygen sensor bung with Bosch wideband sensor

  • Self-tuning capability with user-adjustable parameters for target AFR and timing on the fly
  • Compatible with 24X and 58X crank and cam sensors
  • Programmable dual fan control outputs
  • Tach and speedometer output drivers included
  • Speed density (MAP) or speed throttle (Alpha-N) metering
  • Works with custom camshafts and requires minimum 6 inches of vacuum at idle
  • Black anodized finish for corrosion resistance and style
  • Suction cup mounting bracket for handheld controller

This kit does not include transmission control (transmission controller available separately for 4L60/4L65/4L70/4L80 GM transmissions). Maximum horsepower rating: 500HP on gasoline. The system supports engines making up to 600HP with the included 255 LPH fuel pump, though injector size limits the kit to 500HP maximum.

Finding the part was super easy and simple. The only issue I really had was the delay in the shipping. I paid extra for faster shipping and it still took over a week to get to me. When I tried contacting them through the chat I never got any feedback after asking questions just a "let me check that for you" then chat ended. I finally decided to email and then I got a reply basically saying the same thing. Correct part did wind up showing up without tracking update(kept showing sent to warehouse).
