Product Details

The Vortex 840AZL-53 is a lightweight aluminum rear sprocket featuring 53 teeth, designed for high-performance motorcycle applications. Constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy, this sprocket offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio while reducing unsprung weight for improved handling and acceleration response.

Key Features:

  • 53-tooth configuration for optimized gearing ratios
  • 7075-T6 aluminum construction for durability and light weight
  • CNC-machined from solid aluminum billet for precision
  • Hard-anodized finish for enhanced wear resistance
  • Self-cleaning mud grooves to prevent debris buildup
  • Ultralight design reduces rotational mass

Vortex sprockets are manufactured to strict tolerances and meet or exceed OEM specifications. The hard-anodized surface treatment extends sprocket life while maintaining the weight advantage of aluminum construction. This sprocket is ideal for riders looking to fine-tune their bike's performance characteristics or replace worn drivetrain components.

Excellent and easy to order

Great price and fast free shipping

Excellent prices, blazingly, fast shipping and items are exactly as described on the website. You beat any of my local tire shops for the best price for what I was looking for.

Everything was delivered on time and well packaged. Fits perfect

During a regular boating season I usually damage one aluminum prop per year . Once again, I needed to replace my prop on a 50hp outboard that I use during fishing and deer hunting on the Missouri River. In past years I have had to allow time for the new prop to arrive. Not this time! The people at Boatplicity got the prop to me the very next day! And I paid the lowest price I have ever paid for the prop. I now have Boatplicity on my favorites list and will definitely use them for all my boating needs.

It looks like it will work but I haven't had time to install it. Con: No directions
