Vortex 840AZL-34 Aluminum Rear Sprocket 34 Tooth 530 Pitch

The Vortex 840AZL-34 is a high-performance aluminum rear sprocket designed for 530 pitch chain applications. This 34-tooth sprocket is precision-manufactured from lightweight 7075-T6 aluminum alloy, offering an excellent balance of strength and weight savings compared to steel sprockets.

Key Features:

• 34 teeth for optimized gearing ratios
• 530 pitch chain compatibility
• Constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum for maximum strength-to-weight ratio
• Computer-designed tooth profile for extended chain life
• Hard-anodized finish for increased wear resistance
• CNC-machined for precise fitment and concentricity
• Drilled weight reduction holes for lower rotating mass

Vortex sprockets are engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications while providing superior performance characteristics. The lightweight aluminum construction reduces unsprung weight and rotational mass, improving acceleration and handling response. The hard-anodized surface treatment significantly extends service life compared to untreated aluminum.
