Vortex 838ZK-38 Rear Sprocket 38-Tooth Zinc Coated Steel

The Vortex 838ZK-38 is a high-performance rear motorcycle sprocket featuring 38 teeth, designed for riders seeking durability and precision in their drive train components. This sprocket represents Vortex Racing's commitment to quality manufacturing and performance enhancement.

Key Features:

• 38-tooth configuration for optimized gearing ratios
• Precision CNC manufactured to exact tolerances for improved concentricity
• Induction hardened construction provides superior strength and longevity
• Special zinc coating resists corrosion and extends sprocket life
• Unique Vortex tooth profile design increases sprocket longevity
• Drilled lightening holes reduce rotating mass for improved acceleration
• Manufactured from specially formulated chromoly steel alloy

The 838ZK series features zinc-coated steel construction, offering exceptional durability compared to standard aluminum sprockets while maintaining reasonable weight. The induction hardening process creates a harder, stronger, and quieter sprocket that delivers consistent performance under demanding riding conditions. Vortex's patented tooth design distributes load more evenly across the chain, reducing wear on both the sprocket and chain for extended component life.
