Product Details

The Vortex 838ZB-53 is a high-performance aluminum rear sprocket featuring 53 teeth and a durable zinc bright finish. Engineered from 7075-T6 aluminum alloy, this sprocket offers exceptional strength while reducing rotational weight compared to steel sprockets.

Key Features:

  • 53-tooth configuration for optimized gearing
  • Constructed from lightweight 7075-T6 aluminum alloy
  • Zinc bright (ZB) finish for corrosion resistance and visual appeal
  • CNC-machined for precise tooth profiles and smooth chain engagement
  • Self-cleaning mud grooves help prevent debris buildup
  • Hard-anodized for extended wear life
  • Significantly lighter than OEM steel sprockets

Vortex sprockets are manufactured to exact tolerances for optimal chain alignment and extended drivetrain life. The bright zinc finish provides excellent corrosion protection while maintaining a clean, professional appearance. Good experience and prompt

Fast fulfillment

I found what I wanted, it was a really good price, I ordered it, it showed up shortly thereafter, and there's nothing wrong with it. This sounds like a boring, uneventful transaction and that's exactly what it was. Which is absolutely perfect and the way it should be. No drama, good products at good prices with good service. Thanks so much!
